Lake turns Animals into Stone | Nick Brandt

This is a lake in Tanzania that turns every animal who dares to touch it into stone, because of it's chemical composition and it's pH levels (between 9 to 10.5) it calcifies anything that gets submerged into a statue for ever. Fucking badass if you ask me, if I was a supervillain I would construct my fortress in the middle of that lake and anyone who dares to defy me will be turned into a statue for decoration, BWAJAJA.
